LifeBridge Healthcare provides services to adolescents and adults who have chemical addiction disorders and dual diagnoses.
We provide the following four services:

Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP)
The goal of SAIOP is long-term abstinence from drugs and alcohol.
- Outpatient groups are offered up to 9 hours per week.
- Adolescent settings are small and average
1-6 clients. - Adult settings average up to 12 Clients.
- Interventions are evidence-based practices and person centered using holistic treatment modalities.

- Life Skills Education
- Matrix Modules
- Family Therapy

Outpatient Therapy
- LifeBridge Healthcare provides outpatient treatment programs with both individual and group support therapy, as well as can include a family member/significant other.
- Gives an individual the opportunity to interact in a real world environment while benefiting from a peer-oriented, structured, therapeutic program.
- Outpatient programs are offered up to 1 hour per week or as medically determined.
Matrix Program Training includes the following social and life skills:
- Anger Management
- Stress Management
- Dealing with grief and loss
- Avoiding relapse
- Daily Living Techniques
- Nutrition
- Relaxation Methods
- Spiritual Development
Medication Management
Managing your prescriptions can be challenging and conflicting. In fact, 3 of every 4 Americans are not taking their prescription medicines as directed.
- Our Primary Care Provider monitors and helps our clients understand their medications.
DWI Assessments
We offer DWI/DUI Assessments and group counseling to clients of all ages.
- Short term 20 hours, long term 40 hours, and SAIOP.
